A completed pre-registration form with the membership fee ($50 cheque) should be submitted as soon as possible. Class space is limited and students are accepted on a first-come first-served basis.
After receiving your pre-registration form and membership fee, the Registrar will provide you with a confirmation of enrollment (please make sure to check your email’s Spam/Junk folder).

The Registrar will confirm spaces as soon as possible. Your child is not registered until all of the above items have been received by the Registrar.
If for any reason you wish to withdraw your child from the program, you must give 30 days written notice to the Registrar. One month’s tuition can be taken in lieu of notice. We are a non-profit society and we must assure that all are expenses are paid so we are unable to return tuition cheques if a student withdraws after March 31***. If you have any further questions please put them in writing and submit them to the Registrar.
The Burnaby French Language Preschool has a policy that all NSF cheques need to be addressed by the board of executives. Each time there is a NSF cheque there will be a $20.00 charge. After the third incidence of NSF charges you will be asked by the board of executives to withdraw from the preschool.
* Please note that pre-registrations are NOT accepted more than one year in advance. Pre-registrations for September 2018 will be accepted beginning January 2018.
** Preferred method of contact over the summer months (July & August) is via email as the phone's voicemail is checked infrequently.
